Budget cuts put new textbook purchases on hold
The state and many California school districts look to save money by postponing approvals of updated books. Some fear the moves may put students at a disadvantage.
California is in a recession and can't buy books but has money to buff the LA River.. Thank you to SABER and graffiti writers worldwide for beautifying our cities, continue the great work.
